2.2. Employees of Stalotto, their immediate family members, and any persons directly associated with the operation of the competition are not eligible to enter.

3.1. Entry into any competition is by purchasing a ticket through our website.

3.2. Each ticket grants the holder a single entry into the specified competition.

3.3. All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, except as stated in our Prize Substitution Clause.

4.1. Prizes are as described on the competition page and are subject to availability.

4.2. Stalotto reserves the right to substitute any prize for a suitable equivalent of equal or greater quality in the event that unforeseen circumstances make a prize unavailable.

4.3. All prize substitutions will be communicated to ticket holders prior to the draw.

4.4. A full refund will be offered to any ticket holder who requests it prior to the prize draw if a substitution occurs.

5.1. The prize draw will take place on the date specified on the competition page.

5.2. Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries.

5.3. Winners will be notified via email or phone within 7 days of the draw.

5.4. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 14 days of notification, Stalotto reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.

6.1. By entering a competition, you consent to the use of your personal information for the purposes of administering the competition and awarding prizes.

6.2. Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7.1. All content on the Stalotto website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Stalotto or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7.2. You may not use any content from this site without the express written consent of Stalotto.

8.1. Stalotto is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information provided in connection with the competition.

8.2. Stalotto will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this website or participation in any competition, except where liability cannot be limited or excluded by law.
